My mom is in town, so we are taking her around Ithaca to show her some of the sites. I'm posting a lot of pictures for my Dad since he got left at home. ( we miss you Dad and wish you were here) This is us in front of Buttermilk Falls.
It's a huge hike up to the top of the falls and it's just straight stairs. Joseph LOVES stairs so the minute he saw them he was on his way. Seriously, he didn't stop he was running up the stairs the whole way. The kid is in shape! He had so much fun. It really was hard to keep up with him.

BEAUTIMUS!! This is totally what I picture, when I picture Ithica. I'm so jealous, this is where you live. I positively adore the picture of John looking up at the camera. There's not a human being on earth who could look at that and not just smile. He's SO CUTE!!!

oh... Abby it's so pretty. It makes me miss the fall. i love Arizona, but you don't get all the beautiful color you get everywhere else. It's finally cooling off and starting to feel like fall at last.

It's hard to be far from family. But I bet it makes it a little easier with scenery like that. John is getting so big....and handsome:)
