We just found out that Joseph got into the preschool here in Ithaca that specializes in autism. It's such a great program and we have been a wreck waiting to hear if he would get in. They only had six spots open and they had twelve kids wanting them. When I found out I couldn't help but cry for being so thankful to God that Joseph would have this opportunity. We along with many others have been praying for him for months for him to get in and we are just so grateful. The program is five days a weeks for five hours a day. That is 25 hours a week, it feels like so much for a little 3 year old but they even say 40 hours a week of extensive therapy is better for autistic children. Sometimes I get so upset that he has to work so hard but I know the Lord has a plan for him, I just have to have faith. Anyways it's a great day, thanks to all those who kept Jo Jo in their prayers!

Todd had last week off for spring break so last weekend we drove to Cooperstown, NY to the baseball hall of fame. Cooperstown is about 2 hours away so it was a really fun day trip. It's the cutest little town and the baseball hall of fame was awesome.

Joseph, our all star!

This is Jo Jo! He keeps us busy. He is the sweetest little boy and makes me and his dad so happy! I can't picture what life would be like without him. Joseph was diagnosed with moderate to severe autism in January. It's hard to explain the emotions that come with it but we really are so lucky to be his parents. He is going to be a BIG brother in April, we can't wait to see how he reacts! He's a character, we love him!
This is our home in Ithaca! The snow finally melted last week and we can finally see are yard!

Hey everyone this is my family as of now! I'm due April 19th to have another little boy join the family! Our family lives in Ithaca, NY. My husband Todd is finishing up his undergrad in Business at Cornell University. One more year left! YEAH, then we will head to PT school somewhere in the west. Ithaca is about 4 hours from the city and an hour south from Palmyra NY. We live by the finger lakes. If you love the outdoors you would love it here! It's a beautiful place to live just not in the winter!!!! Thank goodness winter is over.
